National and international shipping.

Shipping costs are included in product price. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Healthy Breath is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

All MEO product will be shipped from New Zealand. It generally takes 10-15 business days to deliver worldwide, 2-3 business days to deliver nationwide. For international shipping, customs offices in some countries might request customers to provide a photo ID. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery timeframe.

 

After sale service

Please do remember to read the size guide clearly before purchase.

  1. Refund, exchange or replacement covers any product quality issue within seven days of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition when received. You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your refund, exchange or replacement.
  2. Once product is shipped we cannot cancel the order or change the shipping address.
  3. Healthy Breath Limited may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Healthy Breath Limited cancels an order after you have already been charged, we will refund the charged amount.
  4. MEO is a consumable product without warranty.
  5. Our company is responsible for the loss of parcel, you can either apply for repost or refund. However, damage to packaging (and not product) is not covered.
  6. Tax invoice: Please add your email address in the comment box of the shopping cart if you need at tax invoice, we will email this to you within 3 business days.
